Pull Up Seminar 8AM

This morning at the pull up seminar we will be going over primarily performance pull ups. We will spend time on the fundamentals of the kipping pull up and then go over butterfly pull ups. Remember kipping pull ups are an easier way to perform the pull up exercise, however pre-requisite strength is highly recommended before doing high reps of this movement.. We suggest 5 strict pull ups. If you have anywhere between 1-5 strict pull ups you are strong enough to learn the exercise and practice the technique from time to time but remember how much easier they will be to get better at when you have conquered at least 5 strict pull ups!
