Getting Started
STEP 1
Schedule a free consultation! During this one-on-one meeting we’ll tour the gym, explain our programs. This meeting usually takes 10 minutes and we’ll also discuss how you want to begin training (step2). You can schedule a consultation by sending us a message here or by calling 319-895-2826
STEP 2
If you’re experienced with CrossFit you can begin taking class right away. If you are new we recommend 1 of 2 options. The first would be learning the fundamentals with one of our coaches in a 1 on 1 setting. The other option is our Couch to Kilo program. There is a new session at the beginning of each season. STEP 3
