Getting Started
STEP 1
Schedule a free consultation! During this one-on-one meeting we’ll tour the gym, explain our programs and get you signed up to our systems. This meeting usually takes 10 minutes and we’ll also discuss how you want to begin training (step2). You can schedule a consultation by sending us a message here or by calling 319-895-2826
STEP 2
If you’re experienced with CrossFit you can begin taking class right away. If you are new we recommend 1 of 2 options. The first would be learning the fundamentals with one of our coaches in a 1 on 1 setting. The other option is our Couch to Kilo program. There is a new session at the beginning of each season. STEP 3
