Getting Started

 

STEP 1

Come into the gym! Schedule a consultation with one of our coaches. During this one-on-one meeting we’ll show you the gym, explain our programs, and discuss your fitness goals. This meeting usually takes 15-20 minutes. You can schedule a free consultation by calling (319)895-2826 or sending us a message here.


STEP 2

After your consultation, you can sign up for CrossFit Camp. This is our foundations course where you will learn all of the CrossFit basics. Camp is offered on most Saturdays at 10:30 AM and usually lasts 1 hour, depending on the size of the class. The cost of camp is $30. You can sign up here. If you prefer to meet in a 1on1 setting to learn the fundamentals, we would gladly help you in that personal training setting that can be scheduled by appointment at your consultation. Experienced CrossFitters do not need to attend camp and can join class after their consultation.


STEP 3

Come to class! The #1 key to reaching your goals is showing up!
