Getting Started

 

STEP 1

Schedule a free consultation! During this one-on-one meeting we’ll tour the gym, explain our programs and get you signed up to our systems. This meeting usually takes 10 minutes and most importantly we’ll discuss how you want to get started (step2). You can schedule a consultation by calling (319)895-2826 or sending us a message here.


STEP 2

If you are an experienced CrossFitter you can start classes after signing up at the consultation. If you’re not experienced with CrossFit we recommend working 1 on 1 with one of our coaches before starting classes. In this 1 on 1 setting you will learn many of the movements you will see in class. This is not mandatory, so if you do have some background in other fitness programs you can learn as you go in class!


STEP 3

Come to class! The #1 key to reaching your goals is showing up and staying consistent! If you want to register for a monthly membership ahead of time click here.
