Getting Started
STEP 1
Schedule a free consultation! During this one-on-one meeting we’ll show you the gym, explain our programs, and discuss your fitness goals. This meeting usually takes 15-20 minutes and most importantly we’ll discuss how you want to get started (step2). You can schedule a consultation by calling (319)895-2826 or sending us a message here.
STEP 2
If you’re an experienced CrossFitter you can start attending classes as soon as your schedule allows after signing up here. If you’re not experienced with CrossFit we recommend working 1 on 1 with one of our coaches before starting classes at times that work for both you. In this 1 on 1 setting you will learn many of the movements you will see in class. This is not mandatory, so if you do have some background in other fitness programs or prior athletics, learning as you go in class is absolutely an option! If you had something else in mind such as personal training our coaching staff is here to serve you should you want a 1 on 1 setting for all of your workouts.

Come to class! The #1 key to reaching your goals is showing up and staying consistent!
