AUSTIN NEDELCOFF

Owner, Head Coach, BA, CFL2, CPT, PN1, TPI, TPI Fitness Level 2, USAW

Austin attended The University of Northern Iowa where he played on their Division 1 golf team and earned a degree in secondary education. He started participating in CrossFit in 2010. He joined Crossfit Kilo in Cedar Falls in 2013. He was a part of their 2014/15 Regional teams and 2015 Games team. In 2016 he helped expand the Kilo name and opened Kilo 2 in Iowa City. Austin has competed at the CrossFit Games 3 times and Regional level 6 times. Along with competing, Austin enjoys coaching his members even more and helping them improve their lifestyle with fitness and nutrition guidance. If you don’t see Austin doing what he loves at Kilo 2, you will probably find him and his wife Meredith at the off leash park with their dogs Luna and Albus.
