Lift: 10x1 Clean and Jerk @ 10 RPE S.S. W/ 10sec HS Hold.
WOD: Then, 42 DL (40/60) run 200m, 21 Push Press, rest 30sec., 30 DL, run 200 m, 15 P.P., rest 30 sec. 18 DL, run 200, 9 P.P. Time cap 15min.
This coming Sunday at 8AM we are having an Olympic lifting seminar with a focus on the clean. The link to sign up for the event is here. The Olympic lifts are challenging. The clean is the first portion of a two part exercise to move a heavy weight from the ground to an over head position.
