WOD: For time Complete 150 WB (14/20), 30 Muscle ups, 150 Double unders. 20min cap.

This coming Sunday at 8AM we are having an Olympic lifting seminar with a focus on the clean. The link to sign up for the event is here. The Olympic lifts are challenging. The clean is the first portion of a two part exercise to move a heavy weight from the ground to an over head position.
