Every 3 minutes Power Clean and Jerk 6x1 @85-95% and 5/8 cal bike on the odds and ski on the evens. Practice - 6x3 @70%

Strict press 4x8 @ 70-75%

Boulder shoulder combo- 3x8 of each db front, side, rear raises.

Intent: maximum strength training and hypertrophy training.
