WOD:

Bench Press 6-3-1-1-1-3 70-97%

WRT: 12 RMU, 24cal bike, 48 KB swings(50/70), 96 butterfly sit ups.

LIT: 12 cal ski, 24 cal bike, 48 kb swings, 96 butterfly sit ups.

Intent: Bench Press maximum strength training. Workout intention is to move through the chipper fast. Also sometimes referred to as a sprint chipper. It looks like a lot of reps but since it is only one time through it will be over before you know it. Push the pace on this one with big sets. As any metcon (metabolic-conditioning) were training all energy pathways here but we’ll be relying more on our glycolytic and aerobic pathways to bring us home through the finish line.
