Rest day! Recovery is just as important as the training! What you do with the other 95% of your weekly hours plays a bigger role with the direction your body will go in regards to health and fitness. It is easy to grocery shop for the right foods and prepare your own meals. It’s also easy to eat take out 4 days a week. It’s easy to get 8 hours asleep every night, especially if you go to bed early enough. It’s also easy to stay up late and watch one more episode on Netflix. Each day we have these choices that overtime will make or break your goals. Make the easy choice that will help you get you to where you want to go!
