AYOOO!!! Congratulations to another loyal 5am’r 8am’r any time she can make it work with her busy schedule’r :). Over the last couple of years Emily has persevered through a full time job, full time post grad school load, and no matter what, she was still getting in her daily workout consistently. She has built up her strength in the gym and in many other areas of her life! If you ever think you don’t have time for a class wod, just think of Emily and her accomplishment and get your butt to the gym, because she always did. Emily successfully defended her DNP project this afternoon and will also take the title of Dr. Emily Sutton DNP, ARNP, AGACNP-BC. Congrats once again.

7-14 mins complete 3 rounds of: 20 alt. jumping lunges & 20 alt. DB hang power clean (or Russian twists)

14-21 mins complete 3 rounds of: 20 alt. jumping lunges & 5 s/a devils press (each side) (or 10 push ups)

WOD: 4 rounds for time: 6 sandbag cleans, 120 ft sb carry, 6 burpees
