LIFT: 5x3 Deadlift 70-90%. S.S. w/ Bench Press.
WOD: “Isabelle” 30 Snatches (95/135) for time. Time cap 6min. Rest 5min. Then, for time, 500m row.
@HOMEWOD:
A. 3x10 push ups with a 3s negative. Add weight if too easy
B. 3x10 DB or KB s/a row with a 3s negative
C. 5 sets- After each set rest 2 minutes. 30 alternating s/a DB or KB sumo deadlift high-pulls and 15 lateral burpees over the DB/KB.
