I don’t know about you but today definitely did not feel like Saturday! Here is some Jocko for ya.
WOD: 5-10 hill sprints up as big of a hill as you can find close to home. If it takes you a minute or more to run up the hill stick to 5. If it takes you 30s or less try to finish 10 hills.
Walk down the hill slowly 2-4 min rest.. Run the hills as hard as you can.
