RX: 1 Round 30 Double unders, 800m Run, 30 on and over box Jumps(20/24) 12 min cap. 10 min to Max out Snatch then 21-15-9 Push Ups and strict pull ups. 8 min cap.
Gold: 1 Round 30 Double unders, 800m Run, 30 on and over box Jumps(20/24) 12 min cap. 10 min to Max out Snatch then 21-15-9 Push Ups and strict pull ups. 8 min cap.
Silver: 1 Round 30 single unders, 800m Run, 30 on and over box Jumps(20/24) 12 min cap. 10 min to practice heavy snatches, then 21-15-9 Push Ups and strict pull ups. 8 min cap.
Please note: As class sizes have grown it is important to remember to be respectful of the coach and class. By this I am kindly asking you to remember that classes have priority to space and equipment needed. I don’t have a problem with athletes looking to warm up / perform extra training around the class when it works but I do ask you to keep the coach and class in your thoughts when you are training around the class.
