Live Well Challenge Starts Today!
Today marks Day 1 of our October Live Well Challenge! For this challenge we are focusing on:
Staying hydrated
Eating enough protein for our goals
Avoiding added sugar
Exercising daily
and
Sleep/Recovery
We’ve nailed these habits down as our top five categories for living well and we’re excited for everyone who is joining us for this challenge! We’ll be posting links to recipes, challenge tips, and weekly check-ins so we all stay connected and motivated this month. As always, if you have any questions, need advice, or are feeling stuck, please reach out to Austin or myself and we’ll do our best to help!

Reminder:
If you haven’t already, you must get your PRE challenge body composition scans done by the end of this week. Scans should be done before class and take less than five minutes. FYI: We are here and happy to help you use the scale, but you are responsible for making sure this gets done.
