WOD:
30min AMRAP: Row 20/30 Cal, 20 Wall Balls (14/20), air bike 20/30cals.
Strategy: Long amrap so find a pace early and stick to it throughout. If you start fast it will soon become slow. Concentrate on your breathing throughout the workout on the machines with consistent strokes on the rower and rpms on the bike. Execute every wall ball with good squat depth and accuracy on your toss. If that means break up the reps into 2-3 sets, proceed with that approach. Enjoy!
