Week 2 of WHOLE 30: Check your emails participants. Keep it clean in week 2 with Whole Foods!

WOD: 5 RFT 400m run, 10 pull ups, and 20 V-ups. Time cap 20min.

Strategy- find your pace early so round 2 and 3 aren’t sucking the life out of you. Break up your sets early on the pull ups and v-ups so you keep your wind and keep moving.
