For time: Run 1 mile and then farmer carry 25% of DL max in each hand 200yds.

Strategy: Run your mile hard and then get the work done. No need to pace too much here. Even if you come in out of breath, suck in some air and move your weight. Take short rests until you’ve hit 200yds.
