Today’s class wod will run a little longer. It’s a fun chipper workout with a big time cap and we want to make sure we get you warmed up well for it so plan on class being around 70min instead of 60. All classes will however start on time FYI.

WOD: 10 power cleans (95/135), 20 bar muscle ups, 30 shoulder to over head, 40 burpees, 50 American kb swings (35/55), 60 pistols, 70 drag rope double unders, 80 toes to bar, 90 box jumps, 1 mile run. 50 min cap.
