Day 7 of RKBS (22 reps) between back squat sets.

Doubles Comp 2020 :)
Another Doubles Comp is in the books and this year’s competition was my favorite one so far. The field was very competitive and the workouts presented a challenge both mentally and physically. Our kilotrained athletes blew me away with their fitness. I’m very proud with how all of you performed. I know multiple people pr’d their clean and jerk on event 1 which is always fun to do in front of a crowd! I’m happy for all of you and I hope you had fun making some memories with your partner!
Our volunteers who helped judge and move equipment around among other things once again didn’t disappoint. They did a fantastic job and they’re the reason why our event is so seamless year in and out! Thank you again to all who helped lend a hand this weekend. You have no idea how much it means to me and our competitors.
Take good care of your bodies this week to better help yourselves recover (volunteers included). This weekend took a toll on all of you and it is important to eat and drink well. Don’t forget to get plenty of sleep and if you can, get out and enjoy some good sunshine on your skin.
