Lift: 5x6 back squat S.S. with 6 dips
WOD: 15min AMRAP of 100m farmer carry (70/115) each arm), 200m ski, and 400m run
Saturday we are waving Jimmy and Dan goodbye. Meet at the gym @ 130 if you want to walk/run up to the event. Might be nice to avoid parking!
