Lift: 3x3 PS, then 3x3 snatch 6-8 RPE

WOD: 18min AMRAP of 10 TTB, 20 alt. KB PS (35/55), 30 DU’s

It is starting to get warmer and more humid. Make sure you are hydrating well before class gets started.

It is also helpful to have a towel with you in class to dry some sweat off every now and then! Dry arms and hands help you avoid tearing, keep a better grip on bars/rings by allowing chalk to stick, and it helps your tee-shirt get less soaked! :)
