Korean Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
- 2 tsp. ginger, minced 
- 2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce 
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil 
- 1 tbsp. honey 
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes 
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish) 
Instructions:
- In a large skillet cook the ground beef, garlic and ginger breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink. 
- In a small bowl whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two. 
- Serve over hot jasmine rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
