Cheesecake Oats
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup oatmeal 
- 3/4 cup berries (frozen or fresh) 
- 1 cup greek yogurt 
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds 
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional) 
Instructions:
- Make the berry compote first by heating the berries over medium heat in a small saucepan for ~10 minutes. Mash the berries with a fork while cooking. Remove from heat, mix in chia seeds, and allow to cool. (I like to place it in the fridge while I finish the rest!) 
- Cook oats following the directions on the package, either on the stovetop or in the microwave. Mix in cinnamon (if using) and allow to cool. 
- Spread yogurt on top. 
- Spread berry mixture on top.
