Saturday we will only have 8am and 9am class. The gym will close shortly after class and there won’t be open gym on Sunday due to most of our staff competing in the Circus this weekend in Des Moines!

WOD:
1.5 mile run
50 wall balls (14/20)
50 America kettle bell swings 35/55
Intent: Run hard but remember there is still some work to complete so make sure you have some wind as you near the end of your run so you can hit a big set of wall balls. Push it hard after the run because it is only 1 round and there aren’t that many reps. 50 reps on these two movements will come easier than you think.
