WOD:

1k row, 30 TTB, 50 box jumps (24/30). Time cap 10min. Rest 5min. 30-20-10 wtd step ups (one 35/50) and v-ups. Time cap 10min

Hit the row hard but as you near your last hundred meters drop the effort a little bit so you can advance right to the toes to bar. Big set on the toes to bar and then keep a steady pace through that movement and the box jumps. Recover and then push the pace on the step ups and v-ups. Pick a weight for the step ups that you can do the first 30 reps in at most 2 sets.
