Looking back at previous posts I’ve noticed I’m still not used to the fact that it is 2021. I’ll leave the 2020’s there on the 4th, 5th and 6th for a good laugh. Anybody else guilty of this!?!?

4x8 back rack lunges S.S. w/ wtd Hip ext.
Intent: Absolute strength and hypertrophy. We are attacking the Creatine Phosphate system the most. This system is what keeps us young and fast. It is what allows us to be strong and quick reacting which is more important than you think. Have you even seen an old person trip and it looks like they’re frozen in slow motion as they go to the ground…Exactly. A person who maintains this system and practices high speed movement and heavy loading has a way better chance of reacting and avoiding an epic injury! And it’s also sorta badass to lift heavy ass weight in the process of training :)
