Wod: 3 rounds: 20/25 cal bike, 15 STOH (75/115), 20/25 cal row, 15 STOH
Intent: Building aerobic capacity using the bike, rower and barbell resistance. The anaerobic system will also play a role but at no point should you feel a fatigue that makes you want to slow your pace significantly movement to movement and round to round.
