Wod: 4 sets total. Start a new set every 6th minute: With a 4 minute clock - 400m run, max set strict pull ups, remaining time in 4 min, amrap hand release push ups. 2 min rest.

Intent- repeatable aerobic efforts. Challenge your pace while trying to make round 4 as similar as possible to round 1. Runs should be within a couple seconds round to round. Pull ups should be within a couple reps round to round and hand release push ups should also be within a few reps round to round.
