Monday - Wednesday - Regular class times
Thursday 12/31 - Open Gym 5am - 5pm
Friday 1/1 - Open Gym 8am-1pm
Saturday 1/2 - Regular class times
Sunday 1/3 - Open Gym TBD
WOD: With a 30min Clock buy in 100 double unders, then do 5 rounds of 10 PS (75/115) and 20 wall balls 14/20#, and with the remaining time complete an AMRAP of 1 rope climb (19), 10 HSPU, 20 cal row. Score is the AMRAP.
WOD: With a 30 min clock - 100 single unders then do 5 rounds of 10 kb swings (35/55 and 20 wall balls. Remaining time complete 1 hand over hand sled pull (50-100% body weight on sled, 10 hand release push ups, 20 cal row.
