Thursday 12/31 - Open Gym 5am - 5pm

WOD: Run 1 mile, 30 air squats, 20 push ups, 10 weighted Back Ext, run 800, 30 AS, 20 PU, 10 Weighted BE, Run 400, 30 AS, 20 PU, 10 Weighted BE, then work your way back up. 50min cap
