Saturday Schedule Update

Saturdays will look like this moving forward for awhile.

7am CrossFit

8am skill and Olympic lifting

9am CrossFit

The intention here is to bring back both the skill and Olympic lifting class in a combo fashion. Within the hour we will do 1 variation of an Olympic lift and 1-2 skills with the remaining time. We will be able to spend more time to practice drills for the advanced exercises (skills) IE muslce ups, peg boards, hand stand walking etc. We will have scaled options so anyone is welcome, just keep in mind the scaled options may end at the drills themselves. This class has also been strategically placed between the 7 and 9 am class so that if you wanted to attend both a CrossFit class and a skills class you would be able to do so. The placement in the schedule will also stay within our program design of having a rest day on Thursday and Sunday which is important for recovery.
