Some friendly reminders!
Drink water all throughout the day. Dial it back as you are getting ready for bed. Avoid pop and alcohol, especially in large quantities. This should be an every day thing, not just the days when it is 100 degrees.
Eat a lot of whole food and a lot of protein. Eat a lot of fruit and veggies. Preferably more veggies than fruit. Eat a lot of meat and fish. If you don’t eat meat then make sure you are knowing where your protein is coming from and that it is diverse enough to provide the essential amino acids. Also prepare your own food! Know what is going in it, because it’s you we’re talking about here. Stay away from fast food and garbage!
Sleep well. Sleep in total darkness. Sleep in a cool environment, not a hot one. This will help you get deeper sleep plus much more!
Get some sun light. Vitamin D is very important. All it takes is about 15 minutes in the sun. Just don’t burn from prolonged time in the sun.
Reduce the screen time. Spend a little less time on social media and more time with your loved ones. Friends and family derisive more of your attention. Not the assholes on social media. This will help you get out of your own head. TURN IT OFF.
Exercise every day. Get to the gym 5 or more days a week. The workout doesn’t have to be a grinder or super intense for it to be a workout. If you can’t make it to the gym, then do some air squats, sit ups, or just go for. a walk around the block.
