Wod: For time complete 40 slam balls (20/15), 80 Yards Bear Crawl, 40 Handstand Push Ups, 80 Double Unders, 40 slam ball russian twists (back and forth is 1), 80 Box Jumps, 40 front squats (65/95), 80 Lunges, 40 Sumo Deadlifts high pulls (65/95), 80 Burpees. Time cap 40 min.
