Lift: 7x1 Snatch + OHS + Hang Snatch @ 80-90% S.S. W/ 5 Weighted Strict Pull ups.
Wod: WOD: 6 rounds For Time: 5 hang power snatches (65/95) , 10 CTB pull ups. Time cap 12min.
