I’ll try to keep this short and to the point. Usually on a day to day basis people come to me with their health and fitness problems. I want our community to know, even more so our black community during these troubling times that I am here for you, not only to help solve your health and fitness problems but I’m here to listen and try to understand anything else you want to get off your chest. I may not be able to relate to much of what you would be willing to share, but I’ll try my best to not only be your coach but someone who’s here to listen as a friend who cares.
