Man it was great to get a lot of you back in the gym today! I hope the weather cooperates so we can get the garage doors ALL the way open! We’ve already been cut short on really nice training weather.

You’re going to feel the soreness for a little while but try to do what you can to help recovery. Hydrate and nourish your bodies well. Get plenty of ZZZZZZZ’s and listen to your body and monitor your stress.

Lift: 4x8 Sumo Deadlift @ 5-7 RPE

WOD: 7 rounds. 7 deadlifts (110/155), 30 double unders. 10 min time cap.
