We are going to have a zoom class at 10am this morning. There is still time to send Katy your email address via instagram. We are going to cap the class at a certain number. If you weren’t one of the first ones to send Katy a message we will be sure to include you on the 2nd class which will be at a later date!

@homewod: 5 sets. 1 round of dumbbell DT (12 db dead lifts, 9 db hang power cleans, 6 db shoulder to overhead) and remaining time with the 3 minute clock amrap burpees. At the 3rd minute mark rest until the 4th minute.

No equipment version: 12 v-ups, 9 jump squats, 6 push ups
