RX: Ring Dip Testing 6:00 EMOM: 10 sec Top Support, 10 sec Bottom Support. Then, Test Max Rep Strict Ring Dip or 5RM with assistance. Then, 2:00 Tabata TTB (4 Rds), 2:00 Tabata Cal Row (4 Rds), 2:00 Rest. Go until you accumulate 100 reps TTB and 100 cal row. Time cap 28:00 min. Scale as needed.
