Schedule Update: starting next week here is what the schedule will look like.
5, 545, 8, 9, noon, 4, 5 , 6 pm. Monday - Friday. With the exception of Thursday still having Sweat & Stretch at 8AM and 12PM.
On Saturday we are going to make some changes as well that will be good for everybody. We are going to add another class at 7am. We will still have 730 OLY. And we will run CF also at 8 and 9am. Camp at 1030. That will go into effect in January. So Jan 4 will be the first Saturday of this new Saturday schedule.
