Hello everyone. I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Today we recorded episode 3 of the Kilotrained Podcast. Don’t worry, I’m not going to ruin the episode for you, you’ll have to tune in, but one part of it I do want to share, that has stuck with me all day is when we were on the topic of “motivation” vs “discipline”. I once again learned that at some point there will be a lack of motivation. Motivation is a temporary thing that won’t always be there for you. It isn’t something that we can always rely on. What we can rely on is our DISCIPLINE. Jenny and Mac were our guests and they spoke about this throughout the episode and I can’t wait for you to listen to their stories. I’m also reminded every day how disciplined so many of our members are. Even as its gotten colder and getting out of bed may be a little harder, you’re still staying consistent and your consistency will continue to yield results. This is an awesome community full of people valuing their health and fitness and it shows when we see you day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year. KEEP IT UP KILO 2!
