Korean Beef Recipe

 
 

Ingredients:  

  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tsp. ginger, minced

  • 2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions: 

  1. In a large skillet cook the ground beef, garlic and ginger breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink.

  2. In a small bowl whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two.

  3. Serve over hot jasmine rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
