CrossFit Lite is a high energy, circuit-style workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. The primary focus is on building strength and metabolic conditioning. Workouts will include the use of cardio machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. CrossFit Lite classes are great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into our regular CrossFit classes. No experience or skill level is required to join our CrossFit Lite classes, just the desire to sweat, have fun, and work hard!
