Monday-Friday: 5AM-9PM

Saturday and Sunday: 7AM-6PM

CrossFit Camp:

This is our foundations course where you will learn many of the fundamental movements that are seen in CrossFit. We recommend all new members start with this course. Camp is offered every Saturday at 10:30 AM and usually lasts between 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the class. Cost of camp is $30.
