Snatch Complex (Power Snatch+HPS+ 2 OHS): 5x1 every 3 minutes. Working at 75, 77,80, 83, 85% of power snatch super set 5 inverted ring rows.

Clean Complex (Power Clean+HPC+ 2 FS): 5x1 every 3 minutes. Working at 75, 77,80, 83, 85% superset 2 wall walks

Post lift EMOM 6minutes (6-12 v-ups and remainder of minute hold plank on elbows)
