Friday Wod
A1: Bench Press 4x5 @70%
A2: DB row 4x5 heavy on fifth rep
WOD:
15 min amrap
2 burpees, 1 rc, 4 burpees, 1 rc, 6 burpees, 1 rc, 8 burpees, 1 rc, 10 burpees, 1 rc.
Once you've finished round of 10 burpees, start back over at 2.
Saturday for class you have 2 options.
Option 1: 6AM Run at the Iowa Cross Country Course. Running will begin at 6:15 sharp.
Option 2: 8AM Class at the gym…40 minute out and back run going down trail towards Terry True Blood. Run out for 19 minutes trying to get as far as you can, then turn around and run back in 21 or less! Gotta pace it.
