WOD: 5 snatches @ 75% 800m, 4 snatches @ 80%, 800m, 3 snatches @85%, 800m, 2 snatches @90%, 1600m? , 1 Snatch @95% and then keep adding 2-10lbs until you miss.

800m choices. Run, row, ski, (1600m c2 bike). You cannot repeat any one exercise. But you can pick the order!

Starting Monday we will have extended open gym hours.

Extended open gym hours may not have a coach/supervisor present until “closing time” so remember these are not “service hours”. Garage doors must remain closed during the extended hours!

The fob key cards allow our staff to know who is checking in and out of the gym during the extended hours. It is another unique feature that sets us apart from other gyms. If you think you might want to take advantage of this please speak with Austin and he will set you up with a fob key to put on your key chain.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 5am - 10pm. (7pm-10pm)-extension

Friday 5am-7pm

Saturday 7am-7pm. (10am-7pm)-extension

Sunday- Closed. Open gym hours will be announced through Instagram story.
