A db bench press 3x8
A2 db row 3x8 each arm
A3 reverse sled pull 3x20yds (knee over toe)
don't go too heavy where you can't get knee over toe.

500m c2 bike
10yd sled push (heavy)
5 ring muscle ups - 10 ring rows + 5 dips
