Intent: Practicing multiple movements with a long time domain today. This has work capacity written all over it. Who can find a pace and stick with it no matter what gets thrown their way? You’re going to be relying on your glycolytic system and mainly your aerobic system to regenerate ATP for this workout. It’s gonna be a fun one to try and finish.
