Bench Press: 3, 3, 1, 1, 1. @80, 85, 90-100+% super set 3 db row each arm.
10 min amrap: 7 ring dips, 14 kb swings (35/55), 21 double unders.
Post wod as a class: 3 rounds not for time. 12 cable pully triceps push downs with bar. 24 shoulder taps (12 each side) with feet on big ball.
advanced: 7 ring dips on the high rings, must rmu in order to dip. 55/70 kb
