This Thursday at 6pm we are having a cookout to celebrate the great work our coaches Luke and Julie have done these last few years before they move away. Bring your own protein to grill / snack and beverage.

LIFT: 5 x 3 Back pause squats @ 70-85%. Super Set with 5 strict pull ups.

WOD: AMRAP 12min. Thrusters (65/95) and Pull ups. Rep count begins at 3 and increases by 3 every round until 12 min is complete.
