WOD:
2 rounds of a 12 min amrap. Rest 3 minutes after round 1.
Bicycle ride 2 miles to buy in and remaining time complete amrap of 20 walking lunges and 20yd bear crawl.
Post WOD: 6min mom 15 s/a v-ups. Alternate sides every minute.
